when i was younger (jus a child), my daddy fed me with all the nutrients i need..
and now even as i'm older, whenever i start sensing that i'm falling ill and my body gives off symptons that i most prolly am, i still have my daddy! love ya daddy! and so, yes COD LIVER OIL. haha =) cheers and gd night!
